Good food, fast delivery

I ordered the fish and chips and a 4-pack of their IPA online. The ordering process was straightforward. Delivery took about an hour to get to me in Middletown, which was pretty good. The fish was still warm and crispy, and the fries were okay. The IPA was solid, as expected. I appreciated that they packaged the food and beer separately.

Great flatbread and stout

I went in for dinner last week and got the flatbread and a stout. The flatbread was really tasty, good toppings. The stout was a perfect choice for the evening, very smooth. Service was friendly and quick, even though they were busy. I will definitely be back to try more of their menu, especially another of their seasonal beers. Loved the atmosphere too!

Can I make a reservation for a table, or is it walk-in only usually?

I think for larger groups you can, but for a regular table, it's usually just first-come, first-served. Especially on weekends.

They don't really do reservations for small tables, at least not that I've seen. I'd just show up, maybe earlier if it's a busy night.

They usually have a sign about it, but generally, outdoor seating is fair game for dogs. Probably best to call ahead just to be super sure though.

Brick Works has really good scratch-made food, like proper pub grub. Dogfish is good too, but Brick Works feels a bit more like a full restaurant experience for the food, imo.

Totally depends on what you're in the mood for. Brick Works has amazing burgers and flatbreads. Dogfish is also solid, but I'd say Brick Works has a slightly broader menu if you want more than just 'brewery food'.
